I personally prefer to use audio books which I get via Audible as you can speed them up to 2-3x the speed and absorb content much faster. While it seems a little crazy to have them playing that fast you’ll find that you get used to it pretty quickly and you can understand the topics just as well if you were listening on 1x speed.
Listening to an audio book while traveling to work or going on a walk are my favorite times to absorb content.

If I am going to read it will generally be at night just before going to sleep as it helps me get tired very fast as it isn’t stimulating like TV or a movie. Also there is no blue light which will messes with your melatonin levels making it harder to fall asleep.
